Marketing Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTIONOur Agency is looking for a Marketing Representative to work in Bella Vista, interfacing with our existing clients. Must have the following traits honesty, hard work ethic, concern for others and personal responsibility. Strong candidates have a personality which causes them to love to network to find prospects, are goal driven, and are highly confident. RESPONSIBILITIES- Work with the Agency to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Work with our customer base to help them obtain and maintain the insurance and financial goals that are important to them.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Able to obtain and Life and Health license
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Able to make presentations to potential customers
- Self-motivated
- People-oriented
- Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
- Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers

Compensation $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
