ROLE DESCRIPTIONAlicia Moore State Farm Agency is looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team. An individual that has natural character traits of hustle and drive to achieve goals. We also look for passion around helping customers with their risk management while obtaining their financial aspirations.   • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license

Compensation $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
